The originality of our products requires a little flexibility on your part. All accessories are handmade from a different piece of vintage and gently used material. Every effort is made to provide the highest standard of quality, ensure uniformity and to assure no major blemish damages the overall presentation of the product; however, in the rare case where a slight change happens from one product to another or a small blemish makes an appearance, just think of it as a battle wound or personality trait carried over from the material's previous life.
We rely on USPS for all our shipping needs. For most orders, please allow 7-10 business days (usually arrives in less) from the time you place your order until it is received.
Residents of the state of Nevada: we are mandated under law to charge you sales tax. Sorry, we don't like it any more than you do.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within three weeks of your purchase with your original invoice and we will refund the purchase price once we receive the returned product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
