Custom Orders

Do you have a tie destined to be reincarnated as a Narwhal Co. product? Send it to us and we'll work the magic.

How it Works

  1. Use the links on the right to add a custom product order to your cart.
  2. Upon completion of the cart checkout process, an email will be sent to you with a link to download your custom order form, which has detailed instructions on what to do next (e.g. shipping instructions, suggestions, etc.)
  3. We contact you when the order is finished (typically two weeks, give or take a little) and let you know your product is on its way.
  4. You get your custom order and walk around with a big, content smile on your face.
  5. We get take-out dinner that night.

Shipping

When purchasing a custom product, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Return shipping is $4.80 (for up to 5 custom orders), and is automatically included in your shopping cart. We will ship your product back to you via USPS priority mail with a tracking number. We don't mind how you send your tie to us, but we do highly recommend using a tracking number as we will not be responsible for items we never receive.

Important! Read This!

The tie must be at least 3¼ inches wide at the widest part of the tie. No skinny ties, bow ties, or bolo ties, please.

If requesting a custom Tie-Fold wallet or Wheeler Dealer, we highly recommend using polyester ties, as they are more durable (i.e. handle the wear and tear of being in a back pocket and sat on). Silk ties are not advised for accessories destined to spend a lot of time between your back end and a chair.
